I've got what I think is the exact same model as yours (also Micropolis 74MB so probably the 1324A) that came with my Bull Micral 60 (discussed in this thread).
I didn't manage to make it work with the disk controller that was installed in the machine though the HDD seemed to spin OK. Surprisingly, and though it was labelled Bull as everything else, its exact geometry wasn't listed in the setup. I tried with the closest compatible geometry (type 12) but it didn't work out for me. I ended up using a Seagate ST-225 which was recognized by the Bull controller and BIOS.

I'd be interested to know if you can make the Micropolis 1324A work on the Micral 65.
